1. Who we are
New York Cryogen is operated by Viacom Medical Supplies Inc., 10 Laurel Lane, Old Westbury, NY 11568. These terms apply to text messages sent by New York Cryogen, a High-Pressure Cryotherapy (HPC) provider with locations in Mineola and Rockville Centre, New York.

3. How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number on one of our forms and checking the SMS consent box. The consent reads: "I agree to receive text messages from New York Cryogen about my appointments, including booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, customer-service responses and links to required pre-visit paperwork. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchase."
