2. Booking & Appointments
- Appointments are available online, in person, or by phone.
- SMS or email reminders may be sent before scheduled appointments.
- Punctuality is requested; late arrivals may reduce treatment duration.
3. SMS Communications
If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from us about your appointments, including booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, customer-service responses and links to required pre-visit paperwork. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchase. 4. Cancellations and Refunds
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Unannounced no-shows may incur charges.
- Refunds for prepaid sessions are subject to review and may not be guaranteed.
