Foot Pain

Foot pain can affect the heel, arch, toes, or the ball of the foot and often gets worse with standing or walking.

Long days on your feet, new shoes, or a jump in activity are common triggers.

How High-Pressure Cryotherapy (HPC) may help

High-Pressure Cryotherapy (HPC) uses high-pressure carbon dioxide (CO₂) to rapidly cool the skin over a specific treatment area. For foot pain, the treatment area is the sore part of the foot. HPC may help with pain and inflammation in that area. The recommended regimen is usually 4 to 5 sessions, then we reassess together. Many patients report relief after one or two visits, although individual responses may vary. HPC does not change the shape of the foot or replace supportive footwear. It treats the sore area, and for many people it may help manage pain and inflammation.

Every treatment begins with a free consultation. Typical treatment takes about 3–6 minutes per area. HPC is not a substitute for medical care and does not replace a diagnosis.
